SOCIAL NETBALL
Roster Dates:
Tuesdays 14th October – 16th December (8 rounds plus 2 weeks of finals)
Finals 9th and 16th December
Registrations Open: 10am Monday 15th September
Registrations Close: 4pm Monday 6th October
All matches are played at 5:10pm, 6:20pm and 7:30pm
Includes age groups, 11 &under, 13 &under, 15 &under, 18 &under
Each team must pay a competition fee for the roster of $247 before round 1.
Team essentials: Coach/adult supervisor, bibs, ball and first aid equipment.
All players will be required to register through PlayHQ for this roster. A small fee will be charged to each individual when registering for insurance purposes.
Individual registrations will be sent out to each team contact to be distributed to players once team entries have closed.
Roster fees & player registration to be paid by the first round.
All umpires are supplied.

Jewellery is not permitted under any circumstances; piercings are not to be taped - they must be removed, or players are not permitted to take the court.
Hats (unless soft brimmed) and unzipped jackets are not to be worn on the court.

Winter Boys Roster
Tuesdays 27th May – 26th August (10 rounds)
Finals: 19th & 26th August
No Games: 8th & 15th July (School Holidays)
Registrations Open: 10am Monday 14th April
Registrations Close: 4pm Monday 19th May
Spring Boys Roster
Tuesdays 14th October – 16th December (8 Rounds, plus 2 weeks of finals)

Games will take place indoors on courts 5, 6, 7, and 8.
Includes grades 7, 8, 9, 10 competitions.

Nails must be short, and jewellery must be removed as per the Rules of Netball Australia.

Autumn Mixed Roster
Thursdays 6th March – 29th May (10 rounds plus two weeks of finals)
Finals – 22nd May – 29th May
No Games: 17th April (Easter)
Games are played on outdoor courts only.
Registrations Open: 10am Monday 3rd February
Registrations Close: When capacity is reached.
Spring Mixed Roster
Thursday 18th September – 11th December (10 rounds plus two weeks of finals)
Finals – 4th December, 11th December
No Games: 23rd October (Show Day)
Games are played on both indoor and outdoor courts.
Registrations Open: 10am Monday 18th August
Registrations Close: When capacity is reached.
Due to the limited number of courts in each roster, there will be a maximum number of teams able to enter in each roster.
Matches are played at 6:15pm and 7:15pm and games consist of 4 x 10-minute quarters.
To participate in the competition, please register via PlayHQ. The registration link will be made available through social media once registrations open.
After team entries are confirmed, a link for mandatory player registrations (via PlayHQ) will be sent to each team contact for distribution to the players.
Please note: Grading will then be at the discretion of the STNA.
Forfeits
Please notify STNA of any forfeits as soon as possible.
Teams will be charged for forfeiting a game. For the first forfeit standard court fees will be charged. For a second forfeit in the roster court fees and an additional $15 will be charged to the team. For a third forfeit court fees and an additional $30 will be charged with an additional $15 for each subsequent forfeit.

Wet weather cancellations for mixed netball matches will be decided at 4.30pm, or as soon as practical based on weather changes, and will be advised on the ‘Hobart Netball & Sports Centre’ Facebook page and by email which will be sent to the team contact.
