2024 Mixed Netball
Autumn Mixed Roster
Thursdays 7th March – 6th June (10 rounds plus two weeks of finals)
Finals – 30 May, 6 June
No Games: 28 March (Easter), 25 April (ANZAC Day)
Games are played on outdoor courts only.
Registrations Open: 10am Monday 5th February
Registrations Close: When capacity is reached.
Spring Mixed Roster
Thursday 19th September – 12th December (9 rounds plus two weeks of finals)
Finals – 5 December, 12 December
No Games: 3 October (CANA), 24 October (Show Day)
Games are played on both indoor and outdoor courts.
Registrations Open: 10am Monday 19th August
Registrations Close: When capacity is reached.
Due to the limited number of courts in each roster, there will be a maximum number of teams able to enter in each roster.
Matches are played at 6:15pm and 7:15pm and games consist of 4 x 10-minute quarters.
Please note: Grading will then be at the discretion of the STNA and Mixed Roster Subcommittee. The more information you provide the easier it is to grade appropriately.
PlayHQ
All players will need to register on PlayHQ to their team. A link and instructions will be sent to your team contact after the team entry form is completed.
Options for registration include 12 months or 3 months.
The 12-month option should be selected by anyone who will be playing both rosters and/or will be playing in other rosters at STNA or some other associations (State League, Sorell roster, Kingston rosters).
Those choosing to play just one roster or are unsure if they will continue playing should select the 3-month option.

Fill In Players
Any player filling for the roster will need to complete a waiver form prior to taking the court. This will be an acknowledgement of the player’s understanding that they will be taking the court at their own risk as player insurance will not apply. These forms will be available outside the STNA Office.
Court Fees
$55.00 per game per team, to be paid weekly prior to taking the court via card or EFT.

Please Note: Cash will not be accepted for court fees.
Forfeits
Please notify STNA of any forfeits as soon as possible.
Teams will be charged for forfeiting a game. For the first forfeit standard court fees will be charged. For a second forfeit in the roster court fees and an additional $15 will be charged to the team. For a third forfeit court fees and an additional $30 will be charged with an additional $15 for each subsequent forfeit.

Wet Weather
Wet weather cancellations for mixed netball matches will be decided at 4.30pm, or as soon as practical based on weather changes, and will be advised on the ‘Hobart Netball & Sports Centre’ Facebook page and by email which will be sent to the team contact.
